"DigiSavIt digitized quite a few reels of old family movies on film for me. In short, they were awesome and here is why: 
 

Speed - They delivered in half the time promised.

Price - I priced one other company against DigiSavIt and DigiSavIt was cheaper. However, given the priceless nature of the family memories, this was a much less important factor for me compared to the next two points.

Quality - I can't believe how good the film looks after sitting in a closet since the late 60's and early 70's.   I did not notice any strange artifacts of the digitization process.

Customer Service and Feeling of Trust - This was the most important factor to me and can't easily be quantified. However, I noticed a difference right from the start when emailing with Donna while price shopping. All questions were answered in a quick and direct manner. After meeting both Donna and JoAnn, I felt very comfortable that I was leaving these valuable films in the hands of people who would treat them with the same respect as they would treat their own family films. I could go on but you will see for yourself once you meet or talk to them.

"We had over 30 years of old VHS, cassette and small tapes from 3 variations of video recorders that we wanted all put on very clear and convenient DVD's so we put our most valuable memories in your hands. We were so happy with the results and how nice the presentation was that we decided to intrust our most recent and valuable trip of all: our 12 day expedition to Antarctica last year, over 7 hours of video on a hard drive video recorder. We knew we wanted the very best DVD made possible and we were not disappointed! We had a beautiful leather bound book with all of our DVD's from early 1980 through 2012 put in order with lovely pictures from each DVD put on the front to identify the contents of each one. Also, each DVD is organized in five minute sequences to show us what is on all of them so easily! Our family & friends enjoyed our Christmas entertainment with our newly made "Antarctica" DVDs with all the penquins, humpback whales and seals; they said they got cold just from watching them, the color and sound was just like being there! Thank you for every memory! With your expert work you brought us back in time to special events in our lives that we would have lost forever if we had waited any longer to capture before the tapes were broken or oxidized and they were lost forever! We were so pleased with your special attention to detail and all of the work done in a very timely manner!
